LOCTITE 496 is a very low-viscosity, general purpose instant adhesive, which is particularly suited to bonding metal substrates. It has a fixture time of 10-30 seconds, and its very low viscosity makes it ideal for very tight gaps and close-fitting parts. It can also be used for the bonding of rubbers and plastics, including difficult-to-bond plastics (PP, PE, PTFE) when used in conjunction with a primer such as LOCTITE SF 770.
